Wild black tea grown in old, abandoned tea plantations deep within the mountains and forests of the Qimen Likou Guniujiang Nature Reserve in China. The leaves are hand-picked over a few days each year from steep, inaccessible areas, resulting in a small, exclusive harvest. The tea leaves then undergo a traditional process where they are carefully rolled, oxidized, pan-roasted, and rolled once more before finally being dried. The leaves have a rustic appearance, a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of fruit, honey, and flowers, followed by a naturally soft and sweet aftertaste. Enjoy your tea both hot and cold – time to spill some tea!
