TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general conditions apply to your use of and your purchases on the reneevoltaire.se websites. By using or purchasing, you accept these terms and conditions and an agreement is entered into between you and Renée Voltaire AB (hereinafter "RVAB" or "we"). To make a purchase, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid ID document. RVAB reserves the right for possible inaccuracies, incompleteness, delivery problems and the like, and reserves the right to correct and fix problems in the best way whenever they are discovered. We protect your personal privacy and comply with applicable rules and regulations on safe e-commerce and handling of personal data. The websites' content is fully owned by RVAB and all information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws.

PERSONAL DATA
When you complete an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal data. As a customer, you are responsible for providing correct and complete information. Information about RVAB's processing of personal data is part of the conditions to which you give your consent through registration. You can have your personal data deleted at any time.

ORDERING

ORDER TERMS
Order is made on one of our websites. See our guide "How to shop" below. We process your order immediately after ordering and do our utmost for you to receive your goods as quickly as possible. Should you regret it or discover that you made a mistake, contact us immediately so that we can help you in the best way.

CONFIRMATION
When we have received your order, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you specified. The confirmation is also your receipt for a completed purchase.

When the order is sent from our warehouse or our store, you will receive a delivery notification according to the specified wishes. As well as a link to a status page or the equivalent depending on the selected shipping option. In this way, you can follow the progress of the delivery from us to you. Save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact.

THIS IS HOW YOU SHOP
1, Select a product and click Buy to add it to the cart. Here you can also choose the number of products. 2, Once you have added all the products to the shopping cart, click Checkout at the top right corner of the website. 3, Check your order in the Checkout. Here you can change the content if, for example, you want to remove or add a product. Here you also enter any campaign and discount code or gift card code . 4, Enter your email address for order confirmation and delivery notification. Also enter the mobile phone number and postcode for the delivery location so that the shipping options can be displayed. 5 Select delivery method, delivery location and notification method . Choose an agent if you choose a delivery method where possible. If you choose home/business delivery, it is in this step that you specify the time you wish to receive the goods. Also choose how you want to be notified of the order and delivery. 6, Fill in any empty fields for delivery and payment. If you receive incorrect personal data, click on Not you? If you want to change your information, click on the Change information link. Select payment method and check all information and click Complete purchase. The order is now complete - thank you for your purchase!

RESERVATION
RVAB reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If the price is incorrect, this may lead to us canceling the purchase and refunding the current amount. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree to your name and personal or organization number being registered in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only made when we have sent an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot take place for any reason. If you have placed several orders, we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package.

Orders that are made without consent in someone else's name, or in other irregular ways, may be reported.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We use Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna Checkout as payment solutions according to the options below. By completing your purchase, you accept Klarna's terms and conditions as well as all of RVAB's terms and conditions.

Klarna presents current payment options once you have identified yourself. As a rule, any credit information is not taken in Klarna Checkout, but only when necessary and depending on the selected payment option. Any credit information does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you. If credit is not granted, you need to choose another payment method.

KLARNA CARD PAYMENT
You can use Klarna card payment with VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. No card fees are added. No card details are stored at RVAB, but only at Klarna. The card payments are certified according to PCI-DSS.

KLARNA INVOICE
You can pay against a Klarna invoice with a 14-day payment period. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via email when we have sent your goods.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest are added. In the event of non-payment, the matter goes to debt collection and statutory debt collection fees are added.

READY IMMEDIATELY
You can pay with Klarna Direkt at the checkout with mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we send your goods. You activate the service by logging in to klarna.se and registering your account.

RVAB does not handle any bank and credit card details or credit information. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal data or where the customer has payment complaints.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE
RVAB has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information at any time without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as well as possible. However, we reserve the right for any errors and omissions that may appear on the websites and cannot guarantee that all images and videos accurately reflect the appearance of the product.

All prices on our websites are stated inclusive of VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. The prices for ordered goods are those stated on the day the order is placed. If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, the current VAT rate will be deducted on the payment page. Please note that possible import duties and taxes may be added, which are charged when the shipment reaches the delivery address. You are responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. These fees and costs are different for different countries, which is why RVAB can neither control them nor predict their size.

OFFERS
RVAB sometimes offers different types of campaigns and benefits on the websites, for example lower product prices, cost-reduced delivery, changed payment terms or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the current campaign is active and only for the goods and services specified by us. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a promotion, these terms and conditions apply without modification. Offers may be valid for a limited time and while stocks last or with other similar conditions.

GIFT CARD

RVAB sometimes offers gift cards in different denominations. If the entire value is not consumed at the time of purchase, the remaining amount is forfeited. The digital gift cards, on the other hand, are valid on our websites for one or more purchases until the entire amount is used. When you buy, receive or trade with a gift card, the same conditions apply as when buying an item, which is why the other ordering procedures are also the same. The gift card (physical) is not personal and can be transferred. If you hand over the card, you must inform that the recipient is bound by our terms and conditions and that the card with any codes is a document of value that should be kept safely.

A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights and then only to the purchaser of the card.

The gift card is normally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or as shown on the digital gift card), and once the balance is used up, the card or its code cannot be used or reloaded.

 

DELIVERY

DELIVERIES AND CANCELLATIONS
RVAB delivers its products primarily within the Nordic region, and geographical differences may occur. Deliveries are made in collaboration with our partner Shipit and their distributor partners in each region and country. Depending on the value of your order, your desired delivery address and your preferred delivery method, shipping costs may apply. As a rule, these appear in connection with your order. Depending on previous choices, you will also receive different types of notification for the status of your shipment, including when and where it will be available for pickup.

You have the right to cancel an order and return goods by contacting our customer and consumer service, or by using the contact form on our websites. This must take place within 14 days from when you received the goods. The cost and risk of transporting returned goods is borne by you. If you feel that the delivery of an item is unusually delayed and you therefore no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. However, if the shipment has already been sent, you must accept the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from RVAB via e-mail or telephone. If a product is no longer sold, we have the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund.

CURRENT DELIVERY METHODS E-TRADE
Delivery point where you can change to the desired delivery location (SEK 79 for orders under SEK 750 and SEK 0 for orders over SEK 750 with DHL Service Point). Home delivery to your door within 3 working days (SEK 189 for orders under SEK 750, SEK 129 for orders under SEK 1,500 and SEK 99 for orders over SEK 1,500 with DHL Parcel - minimum 1 kg). Pick up at Pepstop within 2-4 business days (SEK 29 for shopping basket under SEK 250/SEK 0 for over SEK 250) for collection the next day or the same day from 14.00 when ordering before 08.00. Delivery location Abroad (within the EU) where you can change to the desired delivery location (SEK 249 for a shopping basket under SEK 1,500 / SEK 0 for over SEK 1,500 with DHL Parcel Connect) - restrictions may apply regarding volume and weight, which is why we reserve the right to refuse an order .

Delivery to countries outside the EU will soon be standard, until then send an e-mail to weborder@reneevoltaire.se and we will try to find a special solution.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
RVAB reserves the right to charge the costs for handling that arise for uncollected and unreceived packages, for example return shipping and shipping costs. Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 250 if a package is not picked up or received. The shipment is normally with the agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described above.

RESPONSIBILITY
RVAB's liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the current terms and conditions for the current delivery and what follows from these terms. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order is limited to the total amount of your order. We have no responsibility for indirect losses.

COMPLAINT

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
When purchasing goods on one of our websites, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying RVAB of this within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has a broken seal, for products that can quickly deteriorate or have passed their best-before date, products that have been specially manufactured according to your instructions or if all of the product's labels are not still attached.

When exercising the right of cancellation, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after receipt and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified RVAB that you regretted your purchase. The item must be sent well packaged, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will then repay the amount as soon as possible via the selected payment option, provided that there are no obstacles to such repayment. However, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your canceled purchase.

COMPLAINT
It is important that you carefully examine the item when you receive it. If your item is damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to us or according to the carrier information you received. This applies regardless of whether the damage is visible or not. If, after receiving the item, you discover that it is damaged or does not correspond to the item you ordered, you must contact us within 14 days. Any complaints should be made to RVAB's customer and consumer service via our contact form. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further instructions on returning the item and possible compensation. Faulty products that are returned to RVAB must be treated carefully and as if they were faultless. Write "Purchase complaint" as the subject heading and on the shipment itself in the event of a return. Regardless of the reason for the return, it is of great importance that the product is packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a returned product has no faults, we will, by agreement, return the product to you. If an item is to be replaced, this is done with an item of a similar type or as agreed between us. If a certain product is no longer available, you are entitled to a refund.

GUARANTEE
For those of our products that are not food, for example kitchen utensils, warranty conditions normally apply for 1 year days from the date of purchase (as a private person, you are also covered by the Consumer Purchase Act). The warranty covers production defects on the product itself, provided that they did not arise as a result of incorrect handling. If you would like a replacement product covered by the warranty, please use our contact form. Here you need to enter name, address, order number and a detailed description of the error. Write "Guarantee of purchase" as the subject heading and on the shipment itself in the event of a return. Errors must be reported within a reasonable time after you receive the item. The return shipment is paid for by RVAB. If we do not find any of the defects you specified, the product will be sent back to you, alternatively as specifically agreed between us. This warranty entitles you to a free replacement product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and within the specified time period, and shall not limit your legal rights.

INTEGRITY

PERSONAL INFORMATION
RVAB protects your personal integrity and always strives to protect your personal data in the best possible way. We comply with all currently applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection and help you make informed decisions regarding the use of our services and your relationship with us.

In connection with your registration and/or order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to provide the experience and service you can expect from us. The information you provide about yourself is also used by our partners for payment and delivery. RVAB guarantees that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. You always have the right to request access to all your personal information, to have any inaccuracies corrected or the data completely deleted.

RVAB may also use cookies in order to improve your experience of the websites. We also use your information from the customer register for mailings about our products and when subscribing to our newsletters. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer and consumer service.

RIGHT HOLDER
The intellectual property rights belonging to RVAB, such as trademarks and copyright, may not be used for commercial purposes without permission from us. OWNERSHIP

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE
Swedish law applies to these terms and your use of our websites. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Websites. This is with the exception of cases where RVAB voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer or user in the country where it is domiciled.

If the dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with RVAB, you as a user or customer can turn to the General Complaints Board (arn.se). You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ). If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without court involvement. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

If one or more of RVAB's terms and conditions are declared invalid or ruled ineffective by a court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
