Organic and beautiful high-quality green Sencha from Japan made from a carefully selected blend of different cultivars from the first harvest (Ichibancha). The tea leaves are gently steamed immediately after harvest for a medium period of time (Chūmushi) to inactivate oxidation and then rolled in the traditional way to form the characteristic needle shape. Fresh taste with hints of freshly cut grass, vegetal notes and well-balanced umami. Enjoy your tea both hot and cold – time to spill some tea!
Användning / Dosering
Hot brewed Sencha: Place 4g sencha in a small teapot (Gong Fu Style), add 150 – 200 ml water 70 – 75°C. Let steep for 1 minute.
Cold brewed Sencha: Place 10g sencha in a teapot, add 1 liter of cold water. Refrigerate for 3 – 6 hours.
