Wonderfully good for pastries and desserts as a basis for mousse, frosting and topping. Suitable for flavoring and coloring with vanilla, agave or cocoa. An easy-to-use alternative to regular whipped cream.

Our pre-whipped coconut cream is organic and vegan with 24% fat content and a high 79% proportion of coconut - for those who are not satisfied with regular coconut cream or have time to whip it themselves! The pulp from coconuts is pressed and mixed with water to the right creaminess for all kinds of desserts and pastries. Delicious together with desserts instead of regular cream, as a topping on baked goods or a cup of hot chocolate. Contains no animal fats and is easily digestible because it is naturally lactose-free.
