Our whippable coconut cream is organic and vegan with an extra high fat content (30%) for those who are not satisfied with coconut milk and an extra high proportion of coconut (84%). The pulp from coconuts is pressed and mixed with water to the right creaminess for all kinds of desserts and pastries.
Always set the tin in the fridge (approx. 8 hours) beforehand, and then preferably beat with an electric whisk to the desired creamy and smooth consistency. Delicious together with desserts instead of regular cream, as a topping on baked goods or a cup of hot chocolate. Also suitable in cooking for stews, cream sauces, soups and Asian dishes. This crème de la crème contains no animal fats and is easily digestible because it is naturally lactose-free.
Användning / Dosering
The coconut cream must be chilled in order to be whipped. Shake the jar, refrigerate for about 8 hours and whip the cream to a suitable consistency.
