The pulp from coconuts is pressed and mixed with water to the right creaminess for all kinds of desserts and pastries. Delicious together with desserts instead of regular cream, as a topping on baked goods or a cup of hot chocolate. Contains no animal fats and is easily digestible because it is naturally lactose-free.
