Användning / Dosering
Do this:
1. Boil coconut milk together with coconut cream, coconut sugar and vanilla powder.
2. Let it simmer on a medium temperature until it thickens. Stir and when the caramel releases from the bottom of the pan, it is ready.
3. Place the caramel on baking paper or in small silicone molds - let it harden before slicing.
The cult trick: The cooking time can vary depending on the temperature you have on the plate and the size of the pan you use. Dip a little of the caramel in cold water and if it can be formed into a small ball, it is ready.
