Our raw agave is organic syrup of the highest, so-called blue agave, quality with a low GI (glycemic index). The wonderful nectar of the agave is drained naturally so that enzymes are preserved. The color can vary between different varieties and producers, but our agave syrup has a naturally light color, which is due to the low fructose content and preparation temperature.
The liquid form makes the syrup easy to use in all forms of desserts and pastries, or as a natural sweetener in porridge and smoothies.
