Stainless steel grater from the quality Japanese producer Tsuboe - perfect for making your own wasabi! This stunningly beautiful precision iron is also known as the Oroshigane and is specially designed for plants and herbs such as ginger, horseradish, radishes, radishes and citrus fruits, which are otherwise difficult to shred finely enough. Unlike Western graters, it has no perforating holes and thus provides a much finer grating and "zest". Also suitable for grating sea salt.
