The kit contains Kuwa Matcha – Mulberry Leaf and Matcha Whisk – Genuine Bamboo. Japanese organic Kuwa Matcha made from high-quality whole mulberry leaves from Kagoshima – naturally caffeine-free! Stone-ground to a fine powder with smooth sweetness, mild umami and a beautiful deep green color.
Usage / Dosage
Measure the matcha powder with the matcha spoon and then whisk into hot water (70°) with a bamboo whisk as you gradually add more water. Always store the matcha powder in the included designed tin. It has an extra airtight inner lid that protects the matcha powder from oxidizing. Pour the contents of the bag into the tin and seal with the plastic lid.
