Japanese organic single origin matcha made from 100% Yabukita cultivar of the highest quality from Nara prefecture. Stone-ground tea made from shaded tea leaves from the 1st harvest with smooth sweetness, mild umami and bright green color. Single origin means that all raw materials come from one and the same tea farm. This premium matcha has been grown and produced by the same family for many generations, which provides a unique and authentic product. Matcha from Nara is considered the original taste of matcha, which compared to neighboring areas has more sweetness, a brighter green color and an almost creamy character. This is thanks to the balance between sunlight, fog and humidity from the mountains and rivers in northern Nara.
Usage / Dosage
Whisk 1/2 teaspoon with about 2 dl water (70 – 80°C).
