Användning / Dosering
Dose the hojicha powder with a matcha spoon (about 1/2 teaspoon) and add about 1 dl of hot water (70°). Whisk the hojichan into the water with a bamboo whisk in an “M” or “W” motion until a foam forms on top. Fill the bowl with water to desired strength or optional skimmed milk for a latte. Always store the hojicha powder in the accompanying design tin can. It has an extra tight-fitting inner lid that protects the hojicha powder from oxidizing. Pour the contents of the bag into the jar and seal with the plastic lid.
