During a trip to Gifu, Japan, we received an unexpected tip. In the small town of Tajimi, known for its rich pottery tradition, we made an extraordinary discovery. Due to the circumstances of the world and a lucky coincidence We had the chance to take part in a few exclusive matcha bowls that otherwise rarely reach the market.
