Our furikake is a nice mix of South American seeds and Japanese Yuzu that gives the food both perfect saltiness, acidity and an extra professional look. Wonderful to sprinkle on most dishes, charms anything grilled and brightens up any salad. A favorite is chunks of fresh salmon rolled in furikake and served with tamari.
