Good in soup, sauce or stir into a Caesar dressing with lemon and garlic. Also suitable for use as regular broth (approx. 2 tsp. miso to 5 dl. water or a little more if you want stronger).

Use as regular broth! Take 2 teaspoons of miso to 5 dl of water for broth and soup. Or a little more if you want stronger.
