Organic, vegan and unpasteurized Shiro Miso on fermented white rice and soybeans with a mild umami taste - taste as you go! Shiro has a well-balanced saltiness and sweetness, from over four weeks of fermentation, which adds extra character to dressings and desserts. Boosts most things!
DESCRIPTION

Organic Shiro Miso with a sweet and mild taste that has been aged for a month - delicious light umami taste! Completely natural and without flavor enhancers or other strange things. Good in soup, sauce or stir into a Caesar dressing with lemon and garlic. Also suitable for use as regular broth (approx. 2 tsp. miso to 5 dl. water or a little more if you want stronger).

Usage / Dosage

Use as regular broth! Take 2 teaspoons of miso to 5 dl of water for broth and soup. Or a little more if you want stronger.

Storage / Consumption

Unopened packaging: Dry, cool and dark.
Opened packaging: In the fridge, max 8°C.
