Our Coconut Aminos is an organic, vegan and gluten-free alternative to regular soy. It is made from the sap of the coconut flower, contains fourteen natural amino acids and has a low GI (glycemic index). The sap is pressed raw, fermented and gently seasoned with only sea salt to the right taste and texture.
With its sweet-salty, coconut-free taste, Sweet & Salt is fantastic in soy sauces, dressings, marinades and for sushi! Also suitable for roasted vegetables, noodles and salads.
