Here's how to make the nut milk very simply:
Soak 2 dl of cashew nuts overnight and then mix with 1 liter of water. Strain through a nut milk bag and add sweetener of choice. The milk is slightly fatter and sweeter than, for example, almond milk and so good! You can use the pulp (the remaining nut mass) to make raw food balls, vegetable steaks and in raw food desserts, as an ingredient in pie crust or cake base.
