Our neutral coconut oil undergoes steam deodorization, a part of the refining process that makes it taste and odor free. Therefore, it is particularly suitable when you want to highlight flavors other than coconut in your cooking and baking. Coconut oil has a high proportion of medium-length fatty acids and can be used at high temperatures without the risk of trans fats. The oil is normally solid at room temperature but becomes liquid when heated.
The difference between our different coconut oils is that Virgin Coconut Oil (500 ml and 230 ml) is cold-pressed, softer in texture and contains slightly more moisture. This makes it particularly suitable for frying and other cooking. Neutral Coconut oil (500 ml) is free of taste and fragrance, which makes it more all-round for both baking and cooking. They both complement each other perfectly in the kitchen.

The oil melts at 25°C and solidifies again when left cool.
