Smoked black tea from the mist-shrouded Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province, China, made from 100% Wuyi Caicha cultivar. The tea leaves are carefully picked and fully oxidized before being slowly dried traditionally over a pine wood fire, which gives the tea its characteristic smoky aroma.
