Organic and beautiful green Sencha made from 100% high-quality Yabukita cultivar from the first harvest (Ichibancha) from the mountainous Asamiya region of Japan. The tea leaves are gently steamed immediately after harvest for a medium period of time (Chūmushi) to inactivate oxidation and then rolled in the traditional way to form the characteristic needle shape. Full-bodied taste with vegetal notes and well-balanced umami. Enjoy your tea both hot and cold – time to spill some tea!
