Our raspberry vinegar is raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized and of extra high quality. It is made from organic raspberries that have been allowed to ripen. Contains enzymes and live bacterial culture that occurs naturally in the vinegar and is called mother. The raspberries are gently pressed and allowed to ferment (ferment) in barrels. The vinegar is then bottled, unfiltered to preserve the goodness and properties. The vinegar mother consists of proteins and nutrients, which make it all the way down to the workplace in the intestines.
The raspberry vinegar has a high acid content of about 5%, and therefore you should drink it diluted. Dilute 1-2 teaspoons of vinegar with water and drink in the morning, with a meal, take as a shot or mix with warm water as tea. Works great in drinks, dressings and cooking. The fact that our vinegar is extra cloudy is because it is made directly from raspberries, not from cider. The bacterial culture can be drunk, so always shake the bottle. The vinegar has a long shelf life (even when opened) as it is a preservative in itself.
Användning / Dosering
Mix 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water and drink as a vinegar drink 1-3 times/day. The mother can be eaten with advantage. Shake the bottle before use so you always get some of the mother.
