Finance Assistant to Renée Voltaire AB - part-time with potential for full-time!
Do you want to contribute to a sustainable and growing business? Renée Voltaire is looking for a meticulous and dedicated finance assistant to join our team! The position is initially part-time, but may be combined with additional tasks and become full-time.
About the position
As a finance assistant at Renée Voltaire, you are a central part of our finance department. You work under the guidance of our finance manager and handle, for example, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, reconciliations, and ongoing general financial administration. In addition, you will also manage invoices, payments, and provide support for month-end and year-end closings.
We are looking for you who
Have experience in finance assistant work and/or relevant education, and who is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail. You have good knowledge of Excel and experience with business systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, BC), which is a plus. You are proactive and self-sufficient, and thrive in a dynamic work environment where a lot is happening. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
