Benefits of avocado oil:
- Vegetable oil extracted from the avocado fruit through a careful process and completely without additives.
- One of the oils that contains the largest proportion of monounsaturated fats which, among other things, help lower cholesterol.
- Can withstand heating at higher temperatures than, for example, olive oil. It has a high smoke point, which is the temperature when the oil begins to break down and release less useful substances.
- Has an extremely high frying point and can withstand heating to 270 degrees (if it is as high quality as ours), unlike, for example, olive oil, which should not be heated above 190 degrees. That makes avocado oil ideal as a frying oil.
- Said to be one of the healthiest cooking oils and is packed with nutrients.
