Benriner Horizontal Vegetable Lathe with Interchangeable Blades - Can Cut a Spiral 2mm Thin! Three different cutting blades are included and handle raw materials with a diameter of up to 170 mm and a length of 100 mm as well as cores from a 12 mm stick from the center of the fruit or vegetable.

Benriner's mandolins, with their extremely sharp blades and cutting tools, are world-renowned for their high quality and versatility. Made in Japan from durable, food-grade, BPA-free plastic. The blades are hand-ground in stainless steel of the highest Japanese quality and maintain the same first-class sharpness as Japanese chef's knives. The lathe comes with three different knives so that you can turn the vegetables in different thicknesses, 1, 3 and 4 mm. Extra blades can be ordered, so that you always have sharp blades at home. Easy to take apart for washing, hand wash recommended. Also available as a vertical and a horizontal vegetable lathe.
