Organic Japanese seed mix without gluten. A mix of salt-baked black and white sesame seeds and noria algae with wonderful natural saltiness – ready to use! Tops grilled vegetables, soups and salads with additional texture, flavor and that little something extra. Hand packed in Årsta, Stockholm.

Our furikake is a nice mixture of Japanese seeds that gives the food both perfect saltiness and an extra professional look. Naturally salty in taste and wonderful to sprinkle on most dishes, charms everything grilled and brightens up every salad. A favorite is chunks of fresh salmon rolled in furikake and served with tamari. Also very appreciated as a going away present instead of the tired tulips.
