Organic, vegan and unpasteurized Genmai Miso on fermented brown rice and soybeans with strong umami flavor - taste as you go! Genmai has a well-balanced saltiness and sweetness, from a six to nine month fermentation, which adds extra character to marinades, soups, sauces or dressings. Enhances most things!

Organic miso that has been stored for over six months and thus acquired a rich and nutty taste. Completely natural and without flavor enhancers or other strange things. Good to mix with noodles, in soup or stir together with tahini for a spread. Also suitable as broth and soup (approx. 2 tsp. miso to 5 dl. water or a little more if you want stronger).

Användning / Dosering

Use as regular broth! Take 2 teaspoons of miso to 5 dl of water for broth and soup. Or a little more if you want stronger.
