The product contains only edible parts, although some are harder than others, which is why you can choose the desired consistency and texture depending on preference and use. Another reason why we chose to keep the whole jackfruit is that different parts contain different types and proportions of nutrition. In the middle there is also a kind of core that holds the fruit together which is also edible.
