Användning / Dosering
Dose the matcha powder with a matcha spoon (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) and add approx. 1 dl of hot water (70°). Whisk the matcha into the water with a bamboo whisk in an “M” or “W” motion until a green foam forms on top. Fill the bowl with water to the desired strength. Always store the matcha powder in the accompanying designer tin can. It has an extra tight-fitting inner lid that protects the matcha powder from oxidizing. Pour the contents of the bag into the jar and close with the plastic lid.
