Our coconut sugar is 100% organic and comes from the sweet and nutritious nectar of the coconut palm flower. The nectar is drained and gently boiled to a fine-grained, sugary consistency. Coconut sugar resembles dark cane sugar but has a more caramel sweetness and is completely unrefined.
Use for anything you want to sweeten - just like you use regular sugar.
