Potato salad with miso

Using instant miso as a seasoning in creamy potato salad is amazingly delicious. The result is a potato salad with a lot of umami that goes with everything!
Ingredients
- 500 gpotatoes
- 3/4 dlTurkish yogurt of your choice
- 2 tablespoonmayonnaise of your choice
- 1/2 pouchQuick miso
- 1 piecegreen onion, sliced
- 3 pieceradishes, sliced
Do this
- Boil the potatoes and let cool.
- Mix together Turkish yogurt, mayonnaise and instant miso.
- Mix the yogurt mixture with the other ingredients and the cold potatoes to make a potato salad.
