We are stepping outside Japan and expanding our matcha world with new taste experiences. Our latest matcha is organic, shaded for approximately 25 days before harvest, carefully harvested, and boasts a unique flavor profile from the Zhejiang province in China – an area renowned for its green tea! Easy to whisk and produces a beautiful froth – Your Everyday Matcha!
Matcha – latte grade
Matcha made from the second harvest of the Jiukeng cultivar. It has slightly less sweetness and umami but a slightly higher astringency and more pronounced green notes, resulting in a powerful and refreshing matcha. It is perfect for lattes as its character is preserved even with milk.
Matcha – ceremonial grade
Matcha made from the first harvest of Zhongcha 108, a cultivar with a flavor profile similar to Yabukita. It has a clear natural sweetness, mild astringency, and slightly less umami, resulting in a smooth and easy-to-drink matcha. Excellent for both usucha and lattes.
