Our now classic ginger schools are chewy and sweet with a nice heat that is perfectly balanced by sweet and sour mango or refreshing peppermint. Lovely chewing resistance and slightly addictive! The balls are made from fresh ginger and rolled in tapioca starch from the cashew root to prevent sticking. No animal products or unnecessary additives.
