A cold hojicha latte is addictive with its nutty roasted round flavor without any bitterness!
Ingredients
- 2 dlvalfri mjölk
- 2 bambuskoporHojicha – Ceremnial Grade A
- 1/2 dlvatten, kallt
Do this
- Fyll ett glas med is och häll i valfri mjölk.
- Vispa ut hojichan i vattnet med en bambuvisp tills ett ljust skum bildas på toppen.
- Häll hojichan i glaset med mjölk.
