"SALMON" STIR ON LENTILS
We call this mess fake "salmon" mess. The taste is reminiscent of a salmon stir-fry, but this one is completely salmon-free and instead made with red lentils! The umeboshi puree gives a heightened umami taste and creates a taste sensation of the sea. Serve in a wrap, on slices, with a salad or as a side dish on the buffet table!
Ingredients
- 2 dlröda linser, kokta
- 1/2 mskUmeboshipuré – Saltsyrlig
- 1 stvårlök, hackad
- 3 stdillkvist
Do this
- Skölj av de kokta linserna och låt vattnet rinna av.
- Blanda med övriga ingredienser och smaka av.
