Smashed Potatoes with nutritional yeast

A tasty twist on potatoes that are crushed and roasted with nutritional yeast in the oven - crispy & delicious side dish with loads of umami!

Ingredients

Do this

  1. Set the oven to 230 °C.
  2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet greased with avocado oil.
  3. Press the potatoes directly onto the baking sheet using a spatula.
  4. Season with half of the nutritional yeast, salt and chili flakes.
  5. Drizzle with avocado oil and roast in the oven at 230 degrees for about 25 – 30 minutes.
  6. Turn the potatoes with a spatula halfway through and add the rest of the nutritional yeast and chili flakes on top, season with salt and drizzle with a little more oil. Bake the potatoes until they are a nice golden brown color.
