Smashed Potatoes with nutritional yeast

A tasty twist on potatoes that are crushed and roasted with nutritional yeast in the oven - crispy & delicious side dish with loads of umami!
Ingredients
- 10 piecespotatoes, cooked and cooled
- 4 pinchesHimalayan Crystal Salt
Do this
- Set the oven to 230 °C.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet greased with avocado oil.
- Press the potatoes directly onto the baking sheet using a spatula.
- Season with half of the nutritional yeast, salt and chili flakes.
- Drizzle with avocado oil and roast in the oven at 230 degrees for about 25 – 30 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes with a spatula halfway through and add the rest of the nutritional yeast and chili flakes on top, season with salt and drizzle with a little more oil. Bake the potatoes until they are a nice golden brown color.
